  • Our subscriptions operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitments. You're free to cancel anytime – we believe results should keep you engaged, not a contract. If you cancel, website and any third-party platforms registered under your account remain your property.

  • Yes, you can always downgrade your project to a maintenance-only plan. This hosting mode includes one hour of monthly updates, website hosting, SSL certificate, and analytics tracking to keep your system running smoothly. Please note that this doesn't include maintenance of workflows or third-party tool integrations. You can also cancel anytime with no long-term commitment.

  • Our monthly pricing includes comprehensive management of all four marketing engines: Google Business Profile optimization, your website, email marketing strategy and execution, and social media management. We handle strategy, setup, content creation, optimization, and ongoing support.

  • While our monthly fee covers all management and strategy work, there are some third-party tools you'll need to pay for directly. These include email marketing platforms, automation tools, and email hosting services. These costs typically range from $10-30/month total depending on the tools selected. Importantly, these accounts are registered in your name – you own them, not us. If you ever cancel our services, you keep all your data, accounts, and assets with no transfer process needed.

  • We issue invoices via email through Stripe, which provides a secure payment portal. Subscription payments require credit or debit cards, and we accept all major card types.

    For upfront project payments, e-transfers are available to reduce processing fees.

  • Most agencies sell SEO, social media, and email as separate silos – three different bills, three different reports, and nothing connects. We believe this is backwards. If your Google Business Profile sends someone to your website but your site isn't optimized for conversion, you lose the lead. If your email sequences nurture interest but your offer isn't clear, you lose the sale. Everything must work together as one integrated system: Traffic → Lead Capture → Email Nurture → Conversion. Break any link, and the whole chain fails.

Email list building starts immediately but conversion rates improve over 2-3 months as your audience grows. Digital marketing is a long-term investment, but once your system is running, it generates consistent results without ongoing ad costs.

Email marketing without leads means no one to nurture. The more complete your system, the better your results. However, we understand budget constraints – we can start with what makes the most sense for your business and scale up as you see results.

  • Everything belongs to you. The website we build, your Google Business Profile, email lists, social media accounts, and any third-party tools registered under your name are your property. Our philosophy is that you should never feel trapped with us. If you cancel, we transfer everything immediately with no questions asked.
