Our work process is composed of a Design Phase and a Development Phase. During the Design Phase, we create a design mockup for your review. If you are not satisfied with the design, we will provide a full refund of your initial payment. Once this mockup is approved and we proceed to the Development Phase, all payments become non-refundable.

Beyond that point, any refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
